Scott Cunningham

Scott originally worked as a professional musician performing at weddings, corporate events and in theatre. During this time he noticed that many of the actors/dancers/musicians he worked with weren’t performing at their best due to injuries, poor recovery etc.

He began training as a Sport Massage Therapist in 2025, opened his clinic on South Street and became the official massage therapist working with the Beacon Arts Centre during their 2025 pantomime Sleeping Beauty. Over the course of their 4 week, 47 performance run he worked with both cast and crew on the production to ensure they were able to give their all every show.

My Approach

As someone who also has to deal with stubborn injuries and tension I understand how difficult it can make daily life. Despite its name sports massage isn’t just for athletes and performers. It’s also for people that want to move pain free in everyday life.

Simple ideas

There can be a lot of information to digest when it comes to pain and discomfort. I try to keep things simple and manageable offering easy lifestyle changes to help manage symptoms in between appointments.

Lasting impact

The implementation of simple mobility work can often be the difference between painful and pain free movement. Adding some gentle movement to your life can keep you feeling loose and ready to go!
